The original home of BAR CENTIFOLIA in Azabu-Jūban, where the Yuzo Komai standard continues to be practiced and refined. We are looking for people who share our uncompromising attention to detail and dedication to Japanese hospitality.
Las Vegas
Opening with ROUND ONE Delicious as part of the TENSHOU project
The gateway bar to TENSHOU, bringing Japan’s finest counter dining under one roof. Precision, consistency and hospitality, every night.
- Bartender — $24 per hour
- Barback — $20 per hour
Tokyo — New York
One position, two cities
You begin in Azabu-Jūban. Approximately one year at BAR CENTIFOLIA, learning the room from the inside, before moving to New York to lead the bar as head bartender.
- During the Tokyo year — ¥300,500 per month, with housing support up to ¥80,000 and relocation assistance
- In New York — $70,000 per year, with housing and a company car provided
This is a head bartender track. We expect prior bar experience and a full year of commitment in Tokyo before you move.
Los Angeles
Opening with ROUND ONE Delicious as part of the TENSHOU project
A larger room with a patio, and the widest team of the three US openings. We are hiring bartenders who can hold the Tokyo standard at volume, and barbacks who want to learn it from the inside.
- Bartender — $24 per hour
- Barback — $20 per hour
